Refund Policy

If ADHD Reading Pro does not work on your setup, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase. Include the account email used at checkout and a short description of the issue.

You can cancel recurring subscriptions before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future billing, but it does not automatically refund a completed billing period unless required by law or approved after support review.

Lifetime purchases are one-time licenses for ADHD Reading Pro features. Refunds are reviewed case by case when the product is unusable on your supported browser and we cannot resolve the issue.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method whenever possible.
